update notice suez canal – vessel owners declare general average

After EVER GIVEN’s successful refloating, the vessel has been towed to the Greater Bitter Lake for class inspection. This inspection is on-going, and we shall keep you updated on the outcome as soon as possible.

 

In view of the costs and expenses engaged to refloat the vessel, we have now been informed that the owners of the vessel have declared General Average (“GA”).

 

Customers of Lamprecht Transport Ltd. who have freight on the EVER GIVEN will be contacted directly by our staff.
