capacity bottlenecks at beijing and shanghai airports

Due to staffing problems of the airline handling agents in Beijing and Shanghai, caused by a COVID outbreak, several airlines have announced reduced cargo capacity to Shanghai and Beijing. Most freighters will continue to operate as scheduled, but with reduced cargo. In order to avoid a backlog, transport options will be restricted, which will probably lead to rate increases by the airlines due to the even further reduced capacities.
